I use what I call GAP workouts to fit in short workouts throughout a busy day.  Whether waiting to pick up kids, a phone call, between meetings, there is always time in the day even if it is short.

I have used these types of workouts for over 15 years from competing for the Crossfit Games to only doing one in a day because I didn't want to train much.
